For all positions, we offer PTO beyond state minimums, a professional development fund, health insurance (for full-time employees), weekly Spanish or English language classes 1:1 with a tutor, annual bonus/COLI, periodic team meals, discounts for friends and families for camping and mead, and flexible schedules.

  • Development Director (full-time, 35 hours per week, in-person at least 50%, annual salary of $71,000 plus benefits) - leads grant writing and resource development staff focusing on general operating grants and cultivating individual donors; builds capacity of the board of directors and coordinates ongoing training; develops and maintains partnerships with aligned organizations; assists with communications

  • Operations Coordinator (full-time, 35 hours per week, in-person at least 50%, hourly rate of $30-38 depending on experience plus benefits) - assists with financial management, payroll, HR, board management and support

  • Facilities Manager (part-time, 20 hours per week, in-person, hourly rate of $30-38 depending on experience, plus benefits) - oversees contractors and performs routine and as-needed maintenance, facilities repairs, coordinating contractors, and building safety - could be combined with other programmatic or admin roles to make a full-time job

  • Communications Manager (part-time, 20 hours per week, in-person or remote, hourly rate of $30-38 depending on experience, plus benefits) - oversees making of reports, press releases, newsletters, social media, website updates; assists with rolling out fundraising campaigns - could be combined with other programmatic or admin roles to make a full-time job

  • Executive level leader (full-time, 35 hours per week, in-person, annual salary based on funds available and experience) - spokesperson for the organization; oversees staff, finances, and partnerships; works with the board of directors to set, execute, and evaluate annual aims
